Qualifications: Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) Charles Sturt University, Certificate IV in Frontline Management, Diploma of Children’s Services (Early Childhood Education and Care)Wodonga TAFE.

Renee has extensive experiences within the early learning setting including as an Early Childhood Teacher in sessional Kindergartens and long day care services, senior educator within long day care centres as well as Educational leader and Service leader roles. This has allowed Renee to gain valuable skills and experience in building relationships with children, their families and the wider community.

Renee has a passion for Reggio Emilia and implementing natural open ended and recycled materials for children to engage and explore. She very passionate about play based learning and believes children should be free to openly express themselves and guide their own play. In play children should have opportunities to take risks, make decisions and have fun.

Renee sees her role as an early childhood professional as to support, inspire, engage and empower children. In this role she continues to learn from the children; to see the world as they do, to think big, open her mind and to laugh.
