Qualifications: Certificate lV in Business Administration, Certificate lV in Children's Services and Certificate lll in Information Technology. Debbie's association with the organisation began in 1994 as a family day care educator whilst raising her six children.
In 2003 Debbie joined as a staff member and since then has undertaken training to support her role keeping abreast of technology which has impacted on the service.
Debbie's role is to provide admin support to staff and educators including processing children's attendance records and administration of the child care management system, office administration of the service and to act as a continual link to staff and educators as well as family registrations and placements.
Debbie says, "What I love about my job is that it is always challenging and very rewarding. It is great when you hear families saying "thanks so much you have been very helpful".
