Adding an Authorised Person to your Enrolment

There may be times when you will need to add an Additional Authorised person for your child/children to:

  • Drop off and or collect your child/ren on your behalf
  • Consent to medical treatment and/or authorise administration of medication to your child/ren on your behalf
  • Consent for your child/ren to be transported and taken outside the education and care service premises with an educator (excursion)
  •  Be contacted in the event of an emergency if you cannot be
